Toalson Synthetic63
[1.2]

SYNTHETIC 63 (in green) is budget string that plays well. Has better feel than the budget solid core Wilson or Prince synthetic gut strings found in many pre-strung rackets. Despite it's slightly thinner guage, it is reasonably durable.

SuperNick XL
[1.25mm]

The classic squash string.
Multi-filament construction, textured surface for ball control. Hard wearing string that retains tension well. Handles low tensions for awesome power.

 Ashaway
SuperNick XL micro
[1.20mm]

A thinner version of the classic squash string.
Multi-filament construction, smooth texture and white in colour
(though to be replace with coloured version above).
A good string for touch players and responds well to high tensions.
Some string movement to be expected due to smooth surface.
I wouldn't recommend it for hard-hitters -
if you're one of these then try the PowerNick18.

PowerNick18
[1.1
5mm]

I stock the PowerNick18 variety of this string (deep red colour). It is thinner than the standard PowerNick (1.25mm). Provides a firmer feel than the SuperNickXL due to tough Xyex (kevlar-like) fibre core. Strung at 2-3lbs less in tension that standard multifilaments and therefore some string movement will occur during paly. String generates good power, whilst touch play benefits from the hard-feel.

This is the string of choice for David Palmer
(or is that because he's Ashaway sponsored now?)

Your Own String

If you have your own string, then I'll happily string with that.

Tell me exactly what tension you want and that's how I'll do it.
